MISCELLANEOUS

      Several Places
1967-1990     Total Eclipse

4CD AD & SB, VG to EX+

Email me for a complete track by track breakdown with ratings. It would take up a page and a half if I put it all here. Basically it is a history compilation with many different things song wise. Live, Studio, Remixes, Demos, Quadraphonix mix and an Alternative version recorded for 8-track release, 1977.

MEDDLE TOUR

      The Roman Amphitheatre, Pompeii, Italy
10-4-71  Pompeii

1CD SB EX+

The inserts have a date of 1972. This was found to be incorrect. This live CD was officially released on LP but soon there after it was taken out of print. It has been remastered from the original master tapes. Total time is 73:25 minutes long.

OBSCURED BY CLOUDS TOUR

      The Dome, Brighton, England
1-20-72           The Darkside Rehearsals

2CD AD & SB VG+

There is some low volumed digital skipping on CD1, track 3, from around 6:30 to around 7:45. There are other skips during track 4 and a few more throughout. Track 6, CD1, at 3:32, there is an odd buzzing sound that is much like someone is welding. This lasts until track 7 at 00:04, and starts back up a few seconds later and is there on and off until CD1, track 8. There are a few Rehearsal tracks that are different than how they were officially released that I rate SB VG+. This show is from the first night of the tour.

Nakajima Sports Center, Hokkaido Island/Sapporo, Japan
2-13-72    Live In Hokkaido

1CD AD VG+

      Rainbow Theater, Hollywood, California
2-17-72   Best Of Tour '72

1CD AD EX-

This is NOT a "Best Of" release like the title may imply. This title seems more like it is the Best sounding show of the tour as far as the producer and/or artworks creator was concerned

THE DARKSIDE OF THE MOON TOUR

Maple Leaf Gardens, Toronto, Ontario, Canada
3-11-73  Yeeshkul!

2CD AD VG+

      Earl's Court, London, England
5-19-73         If You Were A Bluebird

1CD AD VG+

      Parc des Expositions, Colmar, France
6-22-74  Colmar

1CD AD VG+

THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON ~ "BRITISH WINTER TOUR 1974"

      Empire Pool, London/Wembley, England
11-14-74  Brain Damage

1CD FM EX

This is from a "BBC Radio Broadcast".

WISH YOU WERE HERE TOUR

Pacific Coliseum, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
4-8-75                   Azimuth Coordinator   (Part 1 of 3)

2CD AD VG+

This show gets a low VG+. There are a couple of places it sounds like the microphones were being messed with. This show was also recorded too high at times.

      Boston Gardens, Boston, Massachusetts
6-18-75         Boston Gardens 18/6-1975

2CD AD EX

There are 2 tracks that have one spot each that have an extremely small part missing. Maybe a full second for each spot. This show also has very nice stereo seperation, especially considering that it's an AD recording.

Ivor Wayne Stadium, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
6-28-75  Steel Breeze

2CD AD EX-

Track 1 on CD1 is called "Raving And Drooling". Track 2 on CD1 is called "You've Gotta Be Crazy". Later, tracks 1 & 2 became "Sheep" and "Dogs".

ANIMALS ~ "IN THE FLESH" TOUR

Festhalle Messe Frankfurt (Frankfurter Messegelande), Frankfurt, Germany & Wiener Stadthalle,
Betriebs- und Veranstaltungsges.m.b.H, Wien (Vienna), Austria & Deutschlandhalle, Berlin, Germany
1-27 & 2-1-77 + 1-29 or 30-77  In The Flesh 77

2CD AD VG+

As of (8-20-04), I discovered my CD1 is missing. ;^(((

Sportpaleis van Ahoy, Rotterdam, Holland (The Nederland / The Netherlands)
2-17-77   Rotterdam '77

2CD AD VG-

This show was recorded too high giving us fuzzy clipping. If it wasn't for that it might have gotten a low VG+. There are rough spots from the tape source. There are some very short skips in the music. These aren't digital noises, but are tiny parts edited out during the song. There is a pretty cool and informative bonus track. It has 30 or 40 of the same 10-15 second long section of the same part of the same song edited together from that many shows. This is the part where Roger Waters announces in his distinct way the city/concert they are performing at that night. He says a specific corresponding number rather than a city. This track has a wide range of ratings.

Sportpaleis van Ahoy, Rotterdam, Holland (The Nederland / The Netherlands)
2-18-77  In De Weiden

2CD AD VG+

As with nearly all bootleg releases, there are flaws. This one has spots with taping problems, but they don't last long. I only have a Front insert for this show.

      Anaheim Stadium, Anaheim, California
5-7-77      California Pigs

2CD NI AD VG

As with nearly all bootleg releases, there are inherint flaws. There are times when the decibles in the music cause the recording to be too high.

      Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, Oakland, California
5-9-77      Animal Instincts

2CD AD EX-

      Stade Olympique, Montreal, Quebec, Canada
7-6-77                   Azimuth Coordinator   (Part 2 of 3)

2CD AD VG-

CD2, track 6, "Us & Them", the crowd at one point gets rather worked up when some people down front do something that causes Roger Waters to stop the show and say something to them. This must have gone on for sometime, because there is an edit. The crowd won't stop talking around the taper throughout the show. Most of it isn't understandable, but very annoying. If it wasn't for the very consistent, medium volumed distortion, this show would have gotten a VG+.

THE WALL TOUR

      Studio
??-??-79 & 80  The Wall Under Construction

1CD NI SB EX

This release gets a low EX. This title consists of Demos, Outtakes, ect. A couple of tracks have gaps during the song and a couple of the songs end suddenly.

L.A. Sports Arena (Exposition Park), Los Angeles, California
2-7-80                   Azimuth Cooridinator   (Part 3 of 3)

2CD AD VG+

2-7-80     Behind The Wall

3CD AD EX-

The concert itself I rate AD EX-. This 3CD set also has "The Wall" rehearsals which I rate SB VG+. It is really better than the rating implies and is in stereo. This release also has a Live performance by "Roger Waters" in Seville in 1991 doing some of "The Wall" songs and I rate that AD? EX-. The reason for the ? is because I really was unable to tell if it was AD or SB, but I truly believe AD is correct.

Nassau Coliseum, Long Island/Uniondale, New York
2-28-80        Another Brick In The Wall

1CD AD EX-

This show is from "The Wall" Tour which had a very limited number of dates. Although it is an audience recording I know you will be very happy with the quality. It is the first half of the concert.

2-28-80   Unknown Title

2CD NI AD EX-

The sound for this version is louder, crisper and brighter, but sadly due to this being done the bass looses a very small amount of the bottom end. Even if "Another Brick In The Wall" were a complete show, I would choose this version. This is a complete show including the 2 sections that are taped, but sound like someone is introducing the band at the start of the show and the fill-in spot near the end of the show. This version of this show for Floyd fans is a true treasure and only recently made available to traders. (October 2003)

      Earl's Court, London, England
8-9-80       London Earl's Court

2CD SB VG+

As with nearly all bootleg releases, there are flaws. This show has some tape drag and stretch, plus every so often throughout both CDs there are digital clicks.

      Studio
Unknown  The Film

1CD SB EX+

This is the Full Length Unreleased versions from the Movie "The Wall". This CD contains 25 full length music only tracks.

FINAL CUT

      Studio
7-?? to 12-??-82  The Final Cutting

1CD NI SB EX-

This was recorded live in the studio at some point during "The Final Cut" and is suppose to be the Demos. Sadly, the bottom end on this CD was recorded too high and overwhelms the speakers at times. This is Pink Floyd afterall, so those times aren't all the time.

      Studio
??-??-8?     The Rough Cut

1CD NI SB EX-

This is suppose to be the rough cut tracks for "The Final Cut". Track 14 between 4:04 to the end at 4:23 has some kind of major sound that is almost like one gets when the radio station isn't quite tuned in. Track 11 sounds to be live in front of a few dozen people in a studio. The bottom end was recorded too high and thus we get occasional low end bass distortion.

THE DIVISION BELL TOUR

      Joe Robbie Stadium, Miami, Florida
3-30-94        Let's Prepare For The Show

1CD SB EX

This is a soundcheck with full versions of the songs.

Jack Murphy Stadium, San Diego, California
4-14-94         For Whom The Bell Tolls

2CD AD VG+

      Earl's Court, London, England
10-20-94  Out Of This World
